Nicholas Svensson
Prior to founding Helio, Nicholas was Head of Revenue at Wynwood House, the largest property manager in LATAM with a portfolio of 1,000+ units spread across Mexico, Colombia, Peru and Panama. In this role, he worked closely with companies like Airbnb and Booking.com to develop a set of winning strategies for listed properties and helped established new revenue management techniques tailored to the short-term rental industry.
